Developing operation procedures for operating equipment or system related with Chemistry or Biochemistry;
完善和化學(xué)、生物化學(xué)相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)運行設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的操作流程；
Establishing, analysing, and maintaining the optimum condition of all the income materials (includes waste and consumable chemicals) and all the process products within the plant.
建立、分析并保持工廠內(nèi)所有原料(包括垃圾和消耗化工品)以及生產(chǎn)流程中間產(chǎn)物的處于最佳狀態(tài)；
Develop analysis procedures, determine frequency of analysis and provide advice and technical support to other departments.
研究分析流程優(yōu)化并確定分析頻率，為其他部門提供必要的建議和技術(shù)支持。
Scope and Responsibilities：崗位職責(zé)
Develop operating procedure for Leachate treatment system operation.
滲濾液處理系統(tǒng)工藝優(yōu)化；
Direct or advise personnel in WWTP operation procedure.
指揮或協(xié)助廢水處理作業(yè)；
Develop sampling protocols for the analysis and correct action procedures to the various Plant Operations, Water, Leachate and Effluents, FGT’s. Raw Materials, Steam Cycles and all related processes.
編寫分析取樣規(guī)程，制定廢水、滲濾液、煙氣處理原料、蒸汽循環(huán)以及其他相關(guān)生產(chǎn)過程的工藝調(diào)整方案；
Develop and implement procedures for the monitoring for all chemical results.
制定和實施工廠化學(xué)監(jiān)督程序；
Develop and implement for Lubricating Oils, Wastes, Ashes, Limestone, Raw Materials, Gases sampling and analysis.
負責(zé)潤滑油、垃圾、灰渣、石灰、原料、氣體的采樣分析；
Develop, implement, and maintain a database to record all chemical sampling results for analysis, review, and offer technical advice for short, mid, and long-term lifecycles of the different plant processes.
建立更新維護化學(xué)取樣分析數(shù)據(jù)庫，同時為各生產(chǎn)工藝提供不同周期的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；
Develop Technical Standards for Haidian MSW Incineration Plant in Operational, Abnormal & Emergency Procedures to accommodate but not limited to Plant Water systems, Leachate and Waste/Effluent Systems, Raw Materials and all chemical deliveries, etc.
為工廠的生產(chǎn)操作和應(yīng)急處理流程提供相應(yīng)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括但不限于工廠供水系統(tǒng)，滲濾液和廢水處理系統(tǒng)，電廠原料和其他所有化工品運送等；
Comply with the obligations of all permits and Local regulations.
遵守各生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營許可證和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)中的職責(zé)和義務(wù)；
Review plant KPI’s and advise management on areas of potential improvements.
定期回顧總結(jié)工廠生產(chǎn)的各項重要指標(biāo)，并對有潛力提高改進的方面提供管理建議；
Apply Chemical / Biochemical Engineering principals to ensure all processes meet design requirements.
制訂化學(xué)/生物化學(xué)工程的生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保各流程符合設(shè)計要求；
Provide technical feedback and analysis feedback where applicable to other personnel regarding plant failures.
在發(fā)生生產(chǎn)故障時提供必要的技術(shù)和相關(guān)分析反饋結(jié)果；
Maintain laboratory instruments and be responsible for ordering general laboratory chemicals to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed.
對實驗室儀器進行維護，負責(zé)實驗室化工用品預(yù)定，確保訂單合理性并在需要時對設(shè)備檢測故障；
Review the daily print out of all the emission discharge parameters, assessing the results and written comments by the operational staff and determine whether an unauthorised release has occurred.
檢查每日排放記錄數(shù)據(jù)，評估結(jié)果并對運行人員提出建議，確定是否發(fā)生違章排放；
Experience：崗位經(jīng)歷要求：
At least 5 years’ experience as chemist in chemical plant, power plant, waste water treatment plant or incineration plant
在化工、能源、廢水處理或垃圾焚燒廠至少五年化學(xué)師的從業(yè)經(jīng)歷；
Education：教育背景
Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, Environmental Science;
化工或環(huán)境科學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)士或?qū)W士以上學(xué)位；
With certification of process safety evaluation, air pollution and waste water effluent control is plus.
具有生產(chǎn)安全評估，廢水廢氣處理等相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先；
